Recently had their serviceman, Paul, come out to replace a defective window and some repair work. Very professional and conscientious about his work.
The installation was done very professionally by a very nice man. We found a bent screen and scratched glass that he immediately called the shop and ordered. I am very pleased with the windows and great installation. I have 3 more to replace, and I will call Window World again this year.
