The Office Manager, Danielle, was quick to respond and we discussed my desire to have Kim out to evaluate the tree(s) health on my property. On the day Kim was to come out, Danielle called me prior to her scheduled time and said that her previous consult was going to prevent her from arriving on time. I told Danielle to tell Kim to take her time and that I was at home and could wait. I appreciated the call from Danielle! Kim arrived and was very knowledgeable and professional!
