I made an appointment with Dr. Briggs, because I had Sciatica nerve pain for 6 months. And it was only getting worse! I have had 3 medical massages, 6 weeks of physical therapy and 3 sets of pain and inflammation shots in my back. All of which helped, but only for a short time. I was at wits end, screaming and crying out in severe pain! I started praying asking God to help me find a doctor who can fix this Sciatica. I had a thought to look up Dr Rick Smith Chiropractor, which I went to 30 years ago. He has since retired, and Dr. Briggs is at this office now. After my first treatment, I noticed a huge difference. 12/20 I attended my second session of treatment for a stiff neck that didn’t get better after 2 mos. of limited range of motion and pain at night. After the first session I noticed an improvement and this one was just as helpful. The pain is getting less and less.
12/23 I had my 3rd adjustment, I'm 50% recovered, and so appreciate the folks at Smith Chiropractic! I was actually nervous about what an adjustment might entail, but Dr. Briggs explained everything he was going to do and it has not been painful. The follow up with the muscle releaser has also been wonderful.
I have had serious problems with my back and sciatic nerve all my life. But ever since I started coming here, I’ve been having fewer problems and less pain. I love the staff here. Everyone is very nice and accommodating. The doctor is so bright and cheerful every time I go in. He is very good at communicating when something is going to hurt or you’ll be experiencing some discomfort. The therapy they offer is very effective. Most importantly, I love how affordable their services are. In these trying times, they offer affordable care with and without insurance.
