My stylist was Dorine, she was very nice and I think she was pretty gentle for those who have a sensitive head. I had showed Dorine a picture of what I wanted, and explained it how I also wanted it to show like in different lighting and she definitely understood. My hair is just what I expected, and the experience was nice.
