The hairdresser (Wendy) very professional and compassionate about her clients hair. The other stylists in the shop are friendly. I noticed when doing children they’re patient and polite in-spite of the crying and being fidgety. Finish processing looks neat and very pretty.❤️❤️🙏🏾

I visited this business on yesterday, I was very pleased with the final results, I’ve been wearing braids for 20+ years so I know a good braider when I see one, my stylist jade, was excellent and meticulous, her skills are top notched, I will be a customer for years to come, Rootz and Strandz is the place to come all your hair and hair care needs, highly recommend
