My impression of this company is that there are disorganized and inexperienced personnel operating the company. Physical therapists called to schedule then didn't show up. We had one physical therapy visit which occurred 10 days after discharge from the hospital. I could not rely on Mederi to get my husband up and walking again. Excellent portfolio presentation but lacks workers to fulfill the promises. Bad experience and definitely would not recommend this company.

Horrible experience, do not recommend! Lacks compassion in the leadership and does not respond appropriately to patient needs & concerns. Uses some “visiting” contract staff not working for the company directly. I explained my concerns that i was not getting better with their agency and no improvement was made. Always defers you to insurance, corporate, someone else’s fault (or yours as the patient) does not keep office hours as stated to reach the administration team and facilitate clear provider communication. Afraid your going to reach out above “her” head. “Dawn” lacks the appropriate “bed side manner”necessary in patient care especially in a
