It was my first massage in 10 years. Sandy is simply amazing. She explains the processes and her approach to whole body healing. Within 15 minutes of talking to her you could see how committed she is to her craft. I felt genuinely cared for. And I just have to say that never have I felt so young in my physical body. My upper body feels so free. And I'm almost 50! There isn't any way that my primary doctor could give me the kind of healing and overall well-being that I felt when walking out the door. Going back to Massage Haven is a must!
