If you are in need of a company to resurface your swimming pool, look no further. From the day BJ, the owner, came out to my house to look at my pool to give me an estimate to the last day of chemical balancing, Mannix Pools was first class in quality and customer service. BJ arrived on time as promised to give me an estimate. He listened carefully to my needs and worked with me to stay in my budget. He didn't try to upsell me anything I didn't want. Mannix Pools came to empty and clean out our pool and repair the equipment that had stopped working. The day they finished the pool it looked great but then a week later it had turned green again. They immediately went out to see what had happened and started to service the pool to get it clean again. Clay took ownership and promised me he would work until it was sparkling. Clay and crew came back two to three times a week to clean out the filter, and make sure the water was balanced. This continued for a bit but they kept up the work. We developed an algae issue with our pool while out of town. When I called Mannix to report the issue, they sent out service personnel the same day to remedy the situation. Clay from Mannix was amazing. He took ownership of the problem and did everything necessary to correct the issues. I definitely felt that Clay went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy.
