They’re scheduling is a hot mess. If you schedule me for 730 appointment, and the sign on the door says you don’t open until 8, And you call me and tell me not to come in before 745, don’t tell me that I am late.

Highly don't recommend! The staff at both desk are extremely rude. Waited an hour in the lobby. I asked to reschedule and the lady said she doesn't have anything with the Dr I want till December time. I said I'll probably have to go somewhere else. She slammed the glass closed as I was walking away.

This facility needs to develop a better system/solution. Our Grandson had an appointment @11:30 we didn't get called for height and weight until 12:35ish. We was placed in a room and waited another 15 minutes for the Dr to come in. When I asked the receptionist what was going on and why was it taken so long her response was "they have to wait for a room too open up. This facility offers several types of services to all age groups. You need a better schedule system to keep people from waiting an hour or more to be seen
