Our previous contractor did a very poor job fixing our floor and subfloor, leaving the floor surface uneven which caused lvp to crack within just a year. Josh quickly identified the issues and walked us through the proper way to fix everything. He repaired and replaced joists, installed new subflooring, and put in new lvp and baseboards, along with several other improvements. He basically helped us reverse all the damage done by previous contractors and make things look 1000% better. His knowledge, craftsmanship, and attention to detail truly stand out. “Brian and sons (AKA Spartan Trade) are very diligent workers who expect the best outcomes from everything they work on. They have installed a beautiful tile backsplash with nice looking grout. Subsequently when I let the kitchen faucet overflow my sink for 15-20 minutes, Spartan came in for what should have been a small job of replacing laminate flooring to repair it, but ended up finding old termite damage covered up by the previous owner (evidenced by a poor attempt at repairs). Spartan ended up needing to replace floor joists in several portions, remove/reinstall insulation, underlayment, sub-floor, Jacked up the home 1.5 inches where it has sunk, new vinyl laminate and painting the entire area which is now beautiful. I have sent pictures which I believe Brian will upload showing what they did and how wonderful it is now. Very heartily recommend Spartan Trade Solutions.“
