The staff is described as sweet, welcoming, and informative, helping customers book appointments and memberships. Chelsea was professional, extremely good with firm pressure, and had the technique to assist with areas of focus. After her massage, one customer was pain-free for the first time in a while. The facility was clean, the online appointment process was at ease, and the front desk answered the phone immediately. Chenel at the front desk was very attentive, professional, and friendly. John got areas that needed to be relieved, and Sydney was very helpful and informative of all the products being used, able to further better skin. Mr. Glenn did a great job assisting with a "Charlie horse" in a leg. Hand & Stone provides a relaxing and enjoyable experience for their customers.
I had such a wonderful experience at Hand & Stone Massage! The facility is spotless, smells amazing, and the relaxing music instantly creates a calm, welcoming atmosphere.
The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and made the check-in process smooth by clearly explaining everything. My massage therapist, Latavia, was fantastic—very skilled and attentive. Millie also did an amazing job on my facial, leaving my skin feeling refreshed and glowing.
This spa day was a birthday gift from my husband, and I truly enjoyed every moment of it. Overall, it was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience, and I would definitely recommend it!
Received exceptional facial services from Fadia. She provided skin education through out my facial. She highlighted products that that would help to maintain skin integrity. Definitely getting more facials with her.
I been coming to Hands and Stones in Winter Haven for a year now and I have to say, I always have an incredible experience. I do my waxing and facial with Fadia and she is AMAZING!! She makes me feel comfortable and I always learn something new on how to take care of my skin.
