What happened to Gessler Clinic?? Bay Care is what happened. It has become very difficult to see my primary doctor. I can’t even get the needed Medical clearance I need to get my knee surgery until the middle of July, REALLY!!!! RIDICULOUS!!! The NP’s , appointments, have their hands tied to get necessary things done. UNBELIEVABLE!!! I guess I live in pain for awhile. ?

I’ve been using Laura Mackey for years. She is very attentive and caring. Mrs.Debbie, her nurse is also amazing! Love them both! Thank you for all you do.
Side note- Today “Miriam” did a transvaginal UltraSound on me and although she was great at informing me each step she took during the procedure, she was very dry as far as personality and not so friendly. She also did not thank me once or say “you’re welcome” when I thanked her. It’s not a fun procedure to have done in the first place but when someone doesn’t make you feel very welcome or try to be comforting, it’s even more nerve wracking.

Dr Martinez, an absolute gem of a doctor, pulmonologist and human being! I wish other doctors were even half as good as him! Both he and his nurse Lisa Wortel are such committed, dedicated and caring people! They took the time to get all the information together about my sleep and other issues. Then later that evening Dr. Martinez called back to give the complete results/picture, which he had not been able to access earlier. The only downside is that because he gives attention to everyone, he gets backed up and there's a wait. I waited more than an hour. However, for Dr. Martinez, I would happily wait anytime!
