Johnny is such an asset to Florida Pest Control ! He was so informative about the treatment he was doing and the effectiveness of the products. He checked all the nooks and crannies of the areas I mentioned that I saw activity . He provided next steps of how to prevent further issues and what to do if I needed more support. He was so friendly and had great customer service. I have used Florida Pest for many many years. The men that have served us have been great professionals and very kind. I pray Florida Pest will take care of them and make sure their load is equal so everyone can continue to serve us even better. We are having issues with sugar ants! Called Florida Pest Control and Brant came out today. He was very professional and friendly. He listened to the problem, explained the product he was using to eradicate the ants and approximately how long it would take to eliminate the colony. He then went to work in all the areas where we were seeing ants. I appreciate your taking the time to explain the process. Thank you Brant!
