Had a dispute over billing. Had wrote numerous notes on bill when I paid and got no response. Finally one day he showed up to spray and talk to me, which is when I thought we had things worked out. He sprayed one more time with no charge and that was the last I have seen or heard from them. Now the real kicker is I had been doing business with them since 1999 when they were known as Gibson. My last spray was done April 2023, with no notice he was dropping me. I guess because i caught him double billing me he ashamed of him self once i confronted him and showed him paper work to prove my point. Not satisfied with the service No communication with the tech who came out to my home on June. Did come was told I would need several treatments maybe 3 or 4 to for the roach problem On first visit sprayed the mobile home He had quoted the cost for up to 3 - 4 visits it would cost $200. At his first visit we requested that the full amount had to be paid. So i did then he came out one more time put bate That was the last time I saw him. For 2weeks I have called left voice messages to find out what is going on. Has not returned my calls. I still have some roaches and I am upset because he would tell me see you next Thursday and not show up or...read full review
