On 30th of November Dunham Well Drilling responded to my residence to address problems with my in ground deep well. The technician quickly identified major issues explained them in depth to me. I made a decision based on his analysis to have the corrections he suggested to be put in place. The Dunham team changed out all the necessary hardware on my system and completed the job within a 4 hour time period. The leader team on site was extremely knowledgeable and impeccable work ethic. Amazing company! Local, family-owned and goes the extra mile for their customers. Anytime I've had an issue they have helped resolve it immediately. I had no knowledge of well pumps until I bought a house with one. They have taken the time to help educate us and make sure everything is working properly. Todd Dunham called me personally, on a Saturday, to walk me through an issue. He was very patient with me and explained everything to get my pump working again. Without a doubt they are my go-to.
