Jessica is the absolute best. She's kind, attentive and makes this a little less stressful. She is always so patient with me which makes this so much easier. I met Gigi for the first time today and she was very personable and addressed concerns I had before I even mentioned them to her. She's on top of her job for sure. If everyone in this company is like these two are, hiring this company will be one of my best decisions ever.
Let me start out by saying they resolved major issues caused by HRBLOCK (terrible company) With three amendments and 25 taxes completely done. They were very easy to work with. it did cost us much more than expected but I didn't care at that point because I needed to get this corrected as fast as possible. Not used to a CPA charging hourly like a lawyer. They resolved three amendments which gave us money back and then correctly did capital gains sale of our building which I jumped for joy when I saw what I was not expecting. So, a huge thank you to Conner and associates, much relief that this is completed.
