I had an early morning appointment. I deliberately ask for early appointments so that if blood 🩸 works is required, I could do it right there as I have not eaten yet.
As I entered I was greeted by attended to Helen and on my way back out by Antonia Williams. Both young ladies were attentive and displayed the classic way and manner in which a customer would like to be treated. Fast, effectively and well spoken.
In minutes I was in Dr moursi’s office and was asked to do my annual blood work.
Antonia Williams finally arranged my next appointment and I left feeling very happy with the whole process from start to finish.
