I have been with Better Hands for many years. I think around 5 years now. I love my nurse I have through them. She is absolutely wonderful. I couldn't ask for anyone better. She goes above and beyond for me.
Baldwin, the owner of the company, is very nice, friendly, and approachable. He really goes out of his way to pair nurses with patients that will work well together. Baldwin really listens to his patients and their concerns.
I really do love Better Hands Home Care Solutions. I have had other companies and I wouldn't go back to them as long as I can have Better Hands.

I worked with the agency just last year & Mr. ******* ********, the Manager, is a very nice person. I have no problem whatsoever. I was paid accordingly & in timely manner. He is a very decent man, professional in ways. I was never lied or cheated by the agency. If I have questions or errors in my pay, they try right away to correct it. I'm paid weekly. I was told how much an hour. I accept the offer & do my job without complaint. Mr. ******* is very accomodating. If I have problems with the patient- client, I let him know. The male patient I worked with with disability spoke nicely Of Mr. ******* & the people in the agency.
