My husband and I were visiting Winter Haven and needed urgent care for an over-the-top allergic reaction I had to insect bites. We weren't sure where to go, but read good things on line about BayCare Urgent Care. I'm so glad we went there. The office staff greeted us right away. Helped us with the registration process, which was easy! And the wait was not what you typically expect in a UC setting. The care I received was exceptional. And the diagnosis and treatment got me on my way to feeling better. Friendly staff and knowledgeable caregivers. Also, they didn't mind answering any questions we had. Highly recommend.
This was the best walk in clinic that we have ever been in. Everyone was so nice, knowledgeable and helpful. The clinic was very clean inside. PA David Gonnella was awesome, he was so nice, very smart, and answered all of our questions. He also had a great since of humor. Thank you BayCare and PA Gonnella!
Front desk personnel was professional, friendly and helpful.
Medical Assistant s did their jobs well.

This is my third time using this Urgent Care Office and I will not hesitate to return should the need arise.
