I paid about $250 to get my laptop screen replaced. Two weeks later my screen was all black and glitchy. I work out of town so I was not able to bring it back right away. I called to see what can be done and was told because it's been over 30 days they will do nothing for me. So now I'm stuck with a broken screen and a loss of $250 bucks. Thanks for nothing. After I got a call back saying that apparently my specific screen had a 60 day warranty (not 30) I once again dropped off my laptop, paid a $40 labor fee which was half of the $80 fee I initially paid. Most recently I had a major hard drive issue three days before leaving on vacation. Tristan was awesome getting my hard drive replaced quickly so I could have my computer for vacation.
