My prescriptions were never called into the pharmacy. Everyone was nice but I wasn’t given any paperwork for my visit. I was seen Friday and will have to call Sunday to get the prescriptions called in. I drove from Avon Park to be seen.
The staff were very nice and they accommodated me when I asked to come to my appointment early. So why a 3 star review? When I came in i told them I didn't have insurance and was fine with the $318 upfront charge. After the appointment the prescriptions came up to around $30 which I'm also fine with. A couple days later I get an invoice for another $405 which seems excessive for the work done, all they did was wrap the burns on my feet and use the same ointment I paid $10 for.
I came in, had some difficulty with the kiosk. Short wait in neat waiting room. Was seen by a personable man who asked questions, identified muscle spasm, directions on how to alleviate pain. Prescriptions were called in. I will return when I need care.
