Purchased a 60-minute massage online via Groupon. Upon arrival, masseuse said massage was for 50 minutes. She became quite irate when I asked her why her listing indicates 60 minutes. She says it was common practice to include 10 minutes prep in every massage and that I should know that, but she did admit that she erred by not stating that information in her advertisement. She then said that she was not going to treat me and slammed the door on my back as i walked out. Don't recommend this businesses.
I'm incredibly disappointed with the experience for my mom. She works 10+ hours a day as a nurse and deserved a relaxing deep tissue massage. When we got there the lady insisted that we did not have a voucher. Then, she finally found us in the system. My mom says the massage was not deep tissue and she lightly touched most of her feet for 45 minutes. I paid for a 60min massage. Then, she insisted on a tip and my mom said she didn't have and she then yelled " I don't have time to speak with cheap people, Get out" and she opened the door and kicked them out. I've never expected this and was expecting a great experience.
She is not customer service oriented. I have tried several times to book and she somewhat blows you off. I don't think she does many a day. Mote like when she is ready.
