I can not say enough good things about the professionalism of this Home Care team. From the 1st day I made a call to them, the staff showed care and compassion walking me through the unknown. Since then, the caregivers we've had are wonderful. They take such good care of my husband and you can tell the caregivers love what they do. They definitely become a part of our family. The staff are always supportive in making sure our schedules are covered. They all make the journey we are on better! We appreciate them so much! I was really lucky to get a referral to Winter Garden Senior Home Care when my 98-year-old mother needed more care. A representative was at my mother's assisted living apartment by the following day to discuss mom's needs in great detail, from her medical issues to her favorite television shows. The representative immediately set up a schedule of care after matching mom with an employee who was described to me as perfect. And she was as she helped navigate the stream of visitors and medical personnel in and out of mom's apartment, while making sure mom had enough to eat and drink all the while while keeping her company. And when we needed even more hours of care during a holiday week, Winter Garden Senior Home Care stepped up and lined up care in short order. My only regret is that we didn't hire the company sooner.

For the last six years, the caregivers and staff of Winter Garden Senior Home Care lovingly cared for our Mimi! We are so grateful to them for their assistance transitioning her to our home when she was no longer able to safely care for herself. The support from the staff, the love and care of the caregivers, and the professionalism with which they handled our case was incredible. We will be forever grateful to them for helping to make her last year’s of life in our home beautiful and honoring to her!

When I needed extra help in my home caring for my 97 year old mother recovering from a fractured hip, I was very fortunate to have been provided contact info from a neighbor for an employee of WGSHC. Upon first contact, I was thoroughly impressed of the care and professionalism I experienced from both Jessica and Rebecca. I was assured they could provide the care my mother needed and they did not disappoint.
Mom was under the loving care of Shelly (M & W) & Sara on Saturday’s so I could get out of the home to run errands, meet up with friends for lunch, go to dr appointments and to have an actual date night with my husband. We can’t begin to thank them for the peace of mind they gave us when we left the home that Mom was in good hands. Although we only used their services for two and a half months until Mom was placed in an ALF, these young ladies became family.
Thank you Winter Garden Senior Home Care for going above and beyond for my sweet Mom. You truly made a difference in our lives. God bless you all.

To bad you can’t give less than 1 star! This place is absolutely horrible, and the owner, Rebecca, is nothing short of a car salesman. Promise the world and under deliver everything. Do your elderly parents a favor and find a reliable and honest home health care company.
