I had an excellent experience with this computer shop. My son’s laptop keyboard was broken, and I had bought a third-party replacement part. They installed it very professionally and were transparent throughout the whole process.
About two weeks later, I noticed the trackpad wasn’t working, so I brought the laptop back. They checked it and fixed the issue free of charge, even though it turned out to be just a Windows setting.
The people there are very nice, honest, professional, and transparent. I really appreciate their service and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs computer repairs.
