I brought in two Lectric XP Lite e-bikes after losing the keys, and Ed was awesome. There weren’t any easy identifying marks on the locks, so it wasn’t as simple as just ordering replacement keys. He took the time to figure out the best way to handle it, worked his magic, and had both bikes done just a few hours later. Each bike now has two brand-new keys that work perfectly.

Top notch experience!! I spoke with 3 different people on 3 separate occasions.. as they were helping with meeting my needs for a new safety door lock to help with my Autistic son who is an eloper…. They were all so concerned to help make this happen for me.. “Amazing Ed” came to install the new lock and was absolutely pleasant, professional and great to work with.. Thank you for bringing me more peace to my home to protect my kiddo..

These guys are literally wizard no one else would take my motorcycle key or wanted an egregious amount to do it but when I came in their handed them the key he looked at it and made it freakin work for more than affordable but all in all these guys are the real deal
