I’ve been going to this dry cleaners for a long while. They are usually pretty good. However I’ve tried to drop off an item for alterations three times. Each time I come in I’m told the person who can intake items for alterations is not at the location and no one else is allowed to accept items for alterations. Bogus. I should be able to drop off a pair of pants with instructions on how I want them altered. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
I’ve been using Wesmere Cleaners for the past couple of months, and they’ve consistently been great. I drop off clothes weekly for dry cleaning, and occasionally I’ll bring in something that needs hemming. Everything always comes back clean, pressed, and handled professionally.
When I’ve needed something rushed, they’ve always been able to accommodate and get it done on time, which I really appreciate. If you’re looking for a reliable place for cleaning or alterations, I highly recommend Wesmere Cleaners. I’ve been a happy customer, and I think you will be too.
The person who took my clothing and set up my account did not speak English but I speak a little Spanish so we were able to communicate. They did a great job with my dry cleaning and the person there when I picked up did speak English. I didn’t realize how expensive dry cleaning has gotten and my bill for 5 items was over $50.
