Such a lovely run small business! Originally found them in hopes of saving a silk gown, that had gotten rained on at a wedding and they did! All done in house, I was amazed, at their talent and the great price for the WORK done! I have returned time and time again and have always been met with incredible service and kindness.

This was my first experience with Alpha & Omega. They took on a job no one else would (and did it within a time constraint that I had) without hesitation. They did all the work on site, which was neat to see the employees working right in front of you, pressing and steaming. Everyone was very pleasant and professional. When I returned to pick up the order, they were already pulling my order for me before I gave them my ticket, which meant they remembered me and my order. Considering the size of the items involved I felt the price was appropriate.I will be returning!

I love the fact that everything is done in-house, considering that it is so rare nowadays. They did a wonderful job with all of my clothing, especially the white shirts. Excellent service all around
