I encountered an issue with a perfume bottle and a lip gloss that I could not recall the color or name of. However, Alex assisted me in locating the color and provided exceptional care. His assistance was invaluable. I never had a problem at the store. Everyone is always helpful.
I had a great experience today at the Ulta Salon! April did an amazing job with my consultation and haircut! She knew what style would suit me and did an excellent job! I will be coming back for my next cut!
April did a freaking FANTASTIC job with my hair cut! I was so nervous going in, and she made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. She was able to accomplish the exact look that I was wanting, and my hair has truly never felt or looked better. Truly a 20/10 experience!!
