We began working with Thompson pools last year. From day one they have been fabulous to work with. Building a pool actually scared us due to stories we have heard however that was not our experience with Thompson pools! We worked with Taite, Jim, and Parker throughout the process! All three were professional , knowledgeable, patient and very nice!! We give all the credit to those three men. Communication throughout the process was excellent!! We were actually owed a refund on something that was changed and they hand delivered it within two days!! That showed us their honesty and integrity! Each contractor they used was also amazing! Their professionalism, craftsmanship, and most importantly their outstanding communication made our pool build an enjoyable, stress-free journey.

Thompson pools did a great job when no one else could or would. We were left in an unfortunate situation with our original pool contractor (not Thompson) where they made a significant construction error (the pool edge was not level, which for an infinity edge pool is a disaster) and then disappeared, leaving us with an unusable pool.
We contacted numerous pool contractors to come and see how they could repair / fix the issue. Most took one look and walked away. Hank and team at Thompson were different, they were thoughtful, caring, understanding and worked with us on how we could get it fixed.
