Staff is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable with regard to softwave therapy. I had my first treatment today and I can honestly say I do feel some improvement. Mindy provided the treatment and explained everything as she went through the process. Very simple application with absolutely no pain. Hopefully with additional treatments they can repair the damaged nerves in my feet.
The front desk staff always makes us feel welcome. Dr. Alex has been gentle and careful with adjustments after my spine surgery and disc herniation. I feel better every time I stop in. Also, SOFT WAVE therapy was super beneficial in my neuropathy.
I had an urgent shoulder pain while on vacation in the U.S., and I called this place the day before. They kindly accommodated me right away, even on short notice. Thanks to their treatment with the SoftWave machine, my shoulder pain improved significantly.
