Best detailing experience ever! Incredibly kind, personable, professional, and impressive. They made my car look brand new so I can feel more comfortable when my baby is born. Not only did they take care of my car, but they took care of my baby with a surprise basket full of goodies waiting for us. This place is the definition of great customer service. Jim and his team are absolutely wonderful. I recent bought a brand new car with white leather seats and something scuffed the middle back seat causing the top layer of the leather to come off and the light brown under layer to show. I was completely devastated and thought there would be nothing that could be done to fix it. I called several detailing places in the area and no I either couldn’t get a person on the phone or said they couldn’t confidently address the issue. I walked into Jim’s office and asked if he would take a look. Right away he knew what we were dealing with and how to fix it. I brought my car in a few days later and they fixed the seat in just a few hours and it is PERFECT! No blemish, no sign at all that any work was done. It looks brand new again! They polished all the seats when they were done and out the whole car! They totally went the extra mile and I can’t speak enough to how kind and professional they are. They have earned my business from here on out!
