I went in today for an eye exam and a new pair of glasses. I visited with Dr Claboine. He was amazing. Took his time with me. Listened to my struggles. Asked clarifying questions. He was very thorough. And very pleasant. After my exam I met with Carlos who helped me find the perfect pair of glasses. He was patient and gave honest opinions. I left very happy and glad I picked this place for my exam and new frames!
I cannot say enough good things about my experience today, the front desk staff & eye glass associates were kind and professional, the technician Kirk was so nice, personable, professional and knowledgeable. I can say all the same for Dr. Pickering, her love and knowledge of her career was very evident. Together the staff was able to quickly address and resolve my concerns.
The staff was incredibly welcoming, fun and professional and Dr. Claboine seems to have a passion for what he does. There was no wait time, pressure to purchase eyeglasses or attempts to up-sell on services. It was worth the trek for such a great experience, although driving home with dilated pupils wasn't on my bingo card. Overall great experience, highly recommend!
