One star is only because you cant give them zero. My husband did his immigration paper work using this doctor. Worst mistake. Paid $500 cash to complete our paper work & these people STOLE our money. One month later this office DOES NOT answer calls. All of their calls go to voicemail. 4 weeks no communication and when I finally got through the nasty female at the front desk hung up. Determined to get someone I went to the office 6 times in one day, the office was closed & locked. Finally after office hours at approximately 6:30p I pulled up the nasty female receptionist & who I believe is her husband were finally there. I had to call the POLICE. PLEASE beware and avoid. Very, very shady practices, and I would not trust any HIPAA-compliant information with the people associated with this establishment. The Better Business Bureau has been contacted (due to double charging) and one of the physicians who states that "she just works there" and doesn't take responsibility for the PHI documents that she literally signs her name on has been reported to the Florida Medical Board. AVOID at all costs!!!
