John and his team removed a tree and large branch from another tree with a lot of challenges around them (fences, shed, slope, broken branch hanging over the neighbor's property, other tree branches in the way). They did it methodically and thoughtfully. They left the site properly raked. Everyone was courteous and so hard-working despite the summer heat. John and his crew are my new go-to for tree service. I tried to get estimates with two other companies, but neither showed nor called to cancel. Not only did John show up, but he was punctual, communicative, efficient, cordial, and very reasonable in cost. John and his crew arrived to deliver on exactly what was promised in the quote. JP Trees executed their cuts like ninjas in the morning, so quiet my dog barely noticed! I had well-manicured trees come lunchtime, with no mess left over.
