We couldn’t have asked for a better way to put our sweet Kacey to rest. Dr. Kara was so wonderful. She explained the process the entire time and was super gentle. Michelle who helped coordinate everything was wonderful. Great communication and very patient and kind. We are truly grateful for the care they provided.
On May 5th we said goodbye to our beloved Siamese cat, Ming, with the help of Dr. Kara, and we cannot express enough gratitude for the care and compassion she showed us and Ming during such a difficult time. From the first phone call with Michelle to set the appointment until Dr. Kara arrived the next day, they were both calm and reassuring. After Dr. Kara arrived at our home, she spent time listening to our pet stories and thoroughly explained the procedure to my husband and me. We are so thankful that Dr. Kara helped make Ming’s final moments filled with peace and love. ? ?
I cannot thank Dr. Kiva enough for the compassion she showed our family during an impossibly difficult time. She came to our home to help our sweet cat, Murdoc, pass. Her presence was a blessing. Dr. Kiva was incredibly gentle and caring, ensuring our cat was as comfortable as possible every step of the way.
She treated him with such dignity, both before and after he passed, making sure he was peaceful and at rest. What meant the most to us was how she allowed our family to lead the process.
