I came to them over a knee strain that turned into a back muscle guard and then continued persisting with knee pain and lower back weakness. It all turned out to be related to weakness in the glutes, lower back and hips to which I am now addressing thank you to the wonderful people at Elevate. It is just Sadie and Torono but let me tell you they are all you will need! I was taken care of by both of them for different appointments and I love them both. They are so caring, professional, knowledgeable and sometimes I feel like they might be magicians cause I feel better than how I came in after every appointment. Elevate Physical Therapy will truly elevate
Your healing to wellness. Sadie and Torono are hands on with manual touch, watching you perform the exercises looking for proper form and technique, focusing on you for the entire session. They also are kind, insightful, encouraging and have great communication skills. Even giving you pictures of your home exercises.
