Wayne was on time, professional and extremely thorough. Duncan AC has always been my go to Ac company because of the promptness and thoroughness of their work. Their costs are reasonable and watching them do the work they go through the entire system very very thoroughly.
They serviced Two AC units and thoroughly looked at the AC unit and condenser unit, they cleaned the drain lines and did a great job
Wayne was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. He quickly identified and resolved my problem. He also took the time to explain the underlying issues that led to my problem. Duncan's AC is my new go to for all things HVAC and Wayne is my preferred technician!
Gavin came out to preform my 6 month maintance on my Trane A/C. Gavin presented himself in a professional manner and was very knowledge. Gavin noted on his inspection I had a bad Outside Temperature Sensor. I would highly Recommend Gavin Duncan for future.
