When it was time to replace our downstairs AC unit, we gathered quotes from all of the big names around Orlando, but quickly landed on Duncan’s. TJ came out to give us our quote and provided various pricing options to meet our needs as well as answered all of the questions we had. Scheduling the install was quick and easy. The installers arrived right on time, performed a clean install, and walked me through the new system. Overall, we couldn’t be happier. When it’s time to replace our upstairs HVAC system, I will definitely be returning to Duncan’s.

They do excellent work and I never feel like they are trying to up sell me.Update 1 year later, just had Duncan’s out for our semi annual maintenance and once again the tech was awesome (Ruddy) and still highly recommend Duncan’s.Update in a future year (lol) had Corey do some duct works, still extremely happy with Duncan and Cory.

Alan went out of his way to diagnose our problem and did a great job of keeping us informed along the way. He was very transparent in explaining the fix and the costs. Great service.
