I have been going to CFPY for almost a year now and I can say it has changed my life. I had ongoing low back and left hip pain that I had difficulty managing. I am a chiropractor and I was trying every technique that I could but I could only stabilize it, not resolve it. It wasn’t until I started at CFPY that I was able to completely resolve it. My mobility has increased tremendously as well my mental resilience and mindfulness. Michelle has incredible knowledge and presence surrounding her practice and passes that onto her students. Brynn and Ashley are excellent as well. All the teachers are wonderful- you cannot go wrong. I recommend this studio to anyone I can.
Central Florida Power Yoga is truly one of the best hot yoga studios in the Winter Garden. The energy in every class is incredible, and Michelle and all the instructors are knowledgeable, motivating, and welcoming to all levels.
I love that all classes are heated and that you can just show up without needing to pre book. The variety is amazing, from Power Vinyasa and strength focused classes with weights to Pilates sessions.
Every class leaves you feeling stronger, more grounded, and refreshed.

I recently joined this lovely yoga studio as part of my recovery after an auto accident. The heated environment allows me to move in ways I couldn’t otherwise, helping my body gradually regain strength and flexibility. The studio itself is absolutely beautiful, welcoming, and designed to make every student feel comfortable. The patrons and instructors are very kind. I appreciate that it is not required to pre book, you can show up and check in. There’s a fantastic new student special. I highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for a supportive, inspiring yoga experience!
