This was my first cleaning experience with this company. I saw it has high ratings on the AI app. I was very impressed by the amount of time she took to clean every detail of my bathrooms. This was not a rush job like other companies I’ve used. She did outstanding work and I will definitely use this company again in the future.
Update:
After talking to the company about my experience I am happy to report we reached a satisfactory solution. They accepted responsibility for the situation and were very apologetic. I was offered a full refund. They responded to my issue in one day. Anyone can experience problems now and then with a company but how refreshing to have a company rectify an issue with such prudence. Thank you Breathe Maids for your help.
Very disturbing. I was supposed to have a deep clean of my 3 bedroom 2 bath home. One person showed up to clean and after 9 hours all she had done was 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. I just checked my credit card and ive already been charged.... read full review
I had asked for 3 3 ladies for 4 hours.But instead I got one lady for ten hours. Her name was tamara, and she did an excellent job!!! But I wanted the job finished earlier with two more people.
