This was my first cleaning experience with this company. I saw it has high ratings on the AI app. I was very impressed by the amount of time she took to clean every detail of my bathrooms. This was not a rush job like other companies I’ve used. She did outstanding work and I will definitely use this company again in the future.

Update: After talking to the company about my experience I am happy to report we reached a satisfactory solution. They accepted responsibility for the situation and were very apologetic. I was offered a full refund. They responded to my issue in one day. Anyone can experience problems now and then with a company but how refreshing to have a company rectify an issue with such prudence. Thank you Breathe Maids for your help. Very disturbing. I was supposed to have a deep clean of my 3 bedroom 2 bath home. One person showed up to clean and after 9 hours all she had done was 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. I just checked my credit card and ive already been charged. I’ll be disputing the charge ASAP! Horrible experience! Dont use this company!!

The most unreliable service left while I was out and the company refused my request for cleaning, Brittany P left my door wide open instead of waiting for me to return after she told me ok I’ll call you in a few hours

It was a decent job. But a few corners near the ceiling didn’t look cleaned. And a majority of the window ceiling didn’t look like they were touched at all
