Hazael it was a very nice person he knows his stuff. He knew exactly what was wrong with my dehumidifier. He called me to make sure that I was aware of what he was going to do. And okay, it with me to do it. And he was efficient, he did it. It's working great, and he's it's with time.It's very good at what he does. Ty Hazael!!
Justin was most professional and courteous. He was extremely thorough and an excellent communicator. He explained what he was doing and the results in a friendly understandable manner.
We've used Armstrong since moving into our home in 2018 - we do regular maintenance but our AC went out on a weekend. They had Colbi out to our home within about an hour and he quickly diagnosed the issues and fixed it getting our AC up and running and educated us on a few things to be ready for with future maintenance. I'm so thankful he was available on a weekend because we can't imagine going without AC in this 80 degree weather we're facing in December.
