“Alexis was amazing! I called to make an appt over the Holidays, random self love and Alexis happen to be on vacation. She wanted to book me out 2 weeks, however I expressed my need for self love and she decided to take me early (while on her own time). She is truly passionate about what she does. She didn't rush the process given being on vacation. She took her time, explained things, ensured I was happy with every edit she made before starting. I see Mary Lee regularly and have also used Jasmine. I highly reccomend the facility and eyelash extentions. They make me feel younger, more confident and beautiful. I'm a 63 year old stage 4 cancer patient, and love the way I feel everytime I walk out!“
“This was my first time having any type of permanent make up and I had my eyebrows done. They had really thinned out from decades of plucking and Christina gave me new brows! She does a great job and is very meticulous in making sure that they look right before she starts and also checks during the process to make sure she is getting the result that she needs. “Went in today to have a fill done for my acrylics. The place is gorgeous with the remodeling that is being performed.This isn’t my first time here, probably my 7th time at this location. When I walked in, they told me it would be a few minutes because they needed to find someone that was qualified to do my acrylics and asked me to sit. I asked about how long it would be because I had waited an hour before ( in the past). So right after I sat, the same people that told me they needed to find someone qualified, were the same ones that ended up doing my nails, which was weird? Anyways, a girl named Natalie did my nails and she did a fantastic job! I showed her a picture and she put her own twist on the design. I highly recommend her! Previously I had Peter. And he was also great at what he does. You can’t go wrong with Natalie or Peter!The only reason for the 4 stars is the awkward check in process that I dealt with today. I kind of felt like they were trying to put me with someone else, maybe because of what I was wearing? My work clothes. Not 100% sure. But I’m a very easy going person and a good tipper.
