“After reading reviews on Google and Yelp, I knew Alexis was the person to go to for eyebrow microblading. First of all, she is absolutely one of the nicest people I have ever known. Secondly, every step of the process is thoroughly explained and I got to see in a mirror, the markings, color, etc, and confirmed with me that what I saw was what I wanted. I wore my regular eyebrow makeup when I arrived so Alexis could get an idea of what I like. The procedure was nearly painless. Afterward the post-care was thoroughly explained and I followed exactly. “STOP. Look. No. Further. You found the right place!! If you are trying to find a professional who works in excellence, Ms. Neena is it! I mean it. I have been drawing my eyeliner for decades and I just wanted to get it tattooed at that point. My case is more extreme as I wanted a thicker cat eye than I'm sure other artists don't have experience with. You can imagine I was a bit nervous but Ms. Neena was fabulous! She was so patient with me and made sure the line was the way I wanted it. I didn't feel rushed or a burden as I was pretty specific on how the liner was shaped. She was so kind and made sure I was sure this was the outline before we began. I didn't feel pressured at all but felt heard as she understands this is a permanent commitment. It literally felt like I was the only client that day- that's how no rush, no pressure the experience was. She made sure I wasn't experiencing pain and would numb the more sensitive areas. She took extra steps to make sure the liner was set and covered all areas. I can tell she took her time which is nice considering a needle was by my eyeballs!

Prior to this for the consultation over the phone, she was so friendly and told me all I needed to know about numbing cream, cost, post care, etc. She asked me to send her pictures to give her an idea of my liner. The process is very personable. After the session, it was soo sweet that she followed up by texting me asking how my healing process was and answered all my questions. Ive never heard of an artist doing that! She wanted to make sure I was 100% satisfied. In my case, I have to get 2 more sessions done bc its so thick but in her usual cases, it's only one.

*The first picture from the first session shows the liner right after I was done so there is swelling. The second picture is right after the second session so it gives you a better idea on the shape.
