Came here to have my acrylics removed and do a regular gel mani. The first man who started trying to take my acrylics off tried hacking them off with nail clippers, hurting me several times before switching with a woman. She then soaked my acrylics off, and then completed my gel mani. She was very sweet, but unfortunately my manicure looks like I did it myself at home. These pictures were taken today, almost exactly 24 hours after my nails were done. There are several bumps, bubbles, and areas where the polish just didn't sit right. My mom works here! Her name is Vivian :) From what I experienced while being here, the place is organized, the nail technicians are kind, and the pedicure spa chairs are fantastic. If my mom has ever done your nails and you were satisfied, let me know your name so I can tell her! It would make her day!
I love this place! I've heard some people say the prices are a little more than fair. Not sure how true that is because I'm really not some nail expertise lol. But I think the entire experience is worth the money! The entire staff is so nice and the place is very clean and relaxing, even if they're busy! I've had my nails done by Hannah, Vivian, and Lisa and they are all spectacular! I really love how they take their time in the service without making you feel like you're there forever.
