“I’ve been coming here for years, and experiences like tonight are exactly why I continue to come back.

I was overdue for a fill and finally managed to stop in on my way home tonight. I arrived around 6:20, which is much later than my usual Saturday morning appointment, and asked if there was enough time to squeeze in a pedicure too. Rose immediately told me they could do my fingers and toes at the same time.

While everyone was getting set up, I actually apologized to Rose for coming in so late. Her response was simply, “No worries, we’re not closed yet.” She continued reassuring me that it was completely fine and never once made me feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing anyone. That kind of customer service is one of the reasons I’ve stayed with them for so many years.

Lisa did my builder gel fill while another nail tech did my pedicure, and they were incredibly efficient. Lisa always does such a beautiful job on my nails, and this time she helped me shorten and reshape them because I was ready for something different. They came out exactly how I wanted them. Beautiful! 😍

The best part? I was finished with BOTH my nails and pedicure in about 40–45 minutes instead of spending the usual two-plus hours at the salon! Before I left, Rose even told me that anytime I want to have my fingers and toes done simultaneously, just let her know and they’ll make it happen. I will absolutely be taking her up on that. 😂

Beyond the quality of their work, though, one of my favorite things about this salon is the family behind it. I’ve been coming here for years, I’ve gotten to know them, and I’ve watched the business grow and change. In a small way, it feels like I’m a part of their journey. The recent updates to the salon—including beautiful champagne and gold-colored pedicure chairs and sleek, modern white nail stations—give the whole space a gorgeous look. It’s always clean, welcoming, and comfortable.

Great work is what originally keeps you returning to a business, but relationships and the way you’re treated are what turn you into a longtime customer. They have both.

“Quality, professional, beautiful and creative. Service and the people are wonderful. The shop is lovely and relaxing. Lots of color options in the various material types. I chose powder dip over my natural nails for my fingernails and regular polish to match on my toes. I had the Signature Pedicure (it includes callus remover).“

“Visiting from Colorado and my nails began to lift so I ended up walking into Tips Nails & Spa. John was my nail tech and did a fabulous job at removing my tips w/dip and using my natural nail with dip. Disa also did an amazing job with my 9yo daughter’s gel pedicure. The other tech was great with my great nieces gel pedicure.

Other info: The pricing for my 9yo daughter counted as a child’s gel pedicure but my great niece who is 11 was charged as an adult gel pedicure.

Wait time wasn’t existent even as a walk-in.

Cleanliness was great from what I could see.

Atmosphere and customer service (offering of water and attentiveness to the kids) was outstanding.

“I have been going to Toni and Thomas for almost 10 years now, where ever they go I go. Definitely would recommend using Toni for mani pedi and Thomas for fills and design. Toni gives the best spa pedi ever. No matter what I ask her for design she can do it, I usually get a French pedi and her lines are perfect. I walk out feeling like I have baby feet they are so soft and fresh. Thomas is like an artist and magician! I get so many compliments on my nails, people who know me will ask to see my nails before they ask how I've been😆 I always walk out feeling incredibly beautiful and ready to face the week. Love them!
