I think they stretch out time. I went for tire rotation & it took sun hour. They had my car on lift & tires off in 5 mins then let it sit there while guy bounded around doing other stuff & in the interim lost one of my lug nuts so I was delayed much more. But they do rotate tires for free so can’t really complain staff were very friendly & respectful. Just a heads up, if you make a specific time appointment online it can still be up to an hour before they take you. Just stops walk ins from going ahead of you.

Quality work and also a speedy service. I went in and did an oil change, gasket, tune up and a flush done. Gabe was my technician and he was absolutely a pleasure to have and was able to do my car efficiently and in realistic time manner. I was happy I did not have to wait all day for my car to be done. I will definitely recommend Mavis to my friends and family. Gabe you are awesome kiddos to you in giving me a great experience at Mavis.
