From the moment I spoke with them on the phone to make the appointment to the moment that I left, it was a very good experience. Everyone was quite nice and professional. The office is quite nice and extremely clean. Dr. Cohen was knowledgeable and Sherry - the hygienist was very thorough in explaining everything we were going to be doing. “I've been going to Watts Dental for 3+ years and I can't recommend them enough. Their dental office is incredibly modern and clean, with all the latest dental technologies to make your visit less stressful. They have dogters too - literally dogs in the office! (If you're afraid/allergic/etc, they can put you in a room with a door to keep the pups out.) They are in network with most major insurances and their prices are incredibly reasonable. What truly makes this office amazing though is their team. From the front desk to the hygienists to the dentists, everyone is incredibly friendly, welcoming, empathetic, and warm. You can tell that this team is happy at work, a cohesive team that works together, and they respect one another and the patients. I work in healthcare and I can tell you that this type of environment is incredibly rare in this field. Watts Dental - whatever you're doing, it's working for your patients and (seemingly) your staff too! You could teach a master class in top tier customer service, patient care, and team building.“

The color of first crown produced was determined by the dentist to be too white so a second one was produced even though I gave them a chance to go with the first one produced.“

“My husband had a toothache and called at 8AM on a Saturday and they saw him at 9AM. The staff and Dentist were thorough and professional. Dr. Barros examined him and found no problems with his teeth and determined he had a sinus infection. She prescribed antibiotics and it is now Sunday morning and he is 100% out of pain.
