Henry answered me call on a Friday at 11:00am and within 15 minutes he was able to answer all my questions and move some things around to help spray at my new build home. I had a really bad spider/bug problem because my house is right next to the water and I was desperate for someone to come out and provide service soon. Over the years, she’s worked her magic on me with everything from Keratin treatments, highlights, color, and more – you name it, she’s done it. Delsy is nothing short of gifted; her talent is rare and something many people seek. Even when I’m out of town, I would rather wait for her to work her magic than let anyone else touch my hair.
No matter how many other salons I try, I can never find someone with her gentle touch, kindness, and true artistry. Delsy’s passion for her craft is evident in everything she does – she doesn’t just work for the paycheck. She genuinely cares about the health of my hair and takes the time to explain everything, from the potential outcomes of different treatments to how they’ll impact the integrity of my strands. This is especially important because I have fine yet thick hair, which can be tricky to manage.

All timelines were met... from demolition to install, team members were licensed experts in their fields (i e. Plumbers, electricians etc) with impeccable work ethics! I've been a client here for many years and Lily is my technician, or Peter if Lily is off. Prices are a little more reasonable than a lot of salons in the area, and service is wonderful. Appointments are recommended as they get quite busy especially at the pedicure bay. I love that so many men come in for mani-pedis, it's sexy to see men who take care of hands and feet, but I digress I recommend Regal Nails very highly and turnover is minimal which says a lot about the fact the working conditions are good, and technicians are if not happy with their positions are at least satisfied. But again Lily is my tech and she seems very happy all the time, plus she does a wonderful job on my fingers and feet. If you're early for appointment browse Walmart they will call you when you're up.
