She spends a generous amount of time asking questions and giving advice, often around 45 minutes per appointment, ensuring thorough care. The office staff, from reception to the nurse collecting blood work, are friendly, courteous, and very professional. Appointments are usually punctual, so patients don’t have to wait long. Some patients have experienced difficulties with communication when contacting the office by phone, but overall, the staff's friendliness and professionalism are highly valued. If communication issues occur at Holy Cross, a referral to Imperial Point Hospital is recommended. Overall, patients highly recommend Dr. Maya Lucas for her excellent care and attentive approach.
Usually never a long wait and Dr Maya Lucas explains everything so I can understand everything not in medical terms where it’s confusing usually, I’m extremely happy. She’s my PCP.
Dr. Lukas is very nice and spends a generous amount of time asking questions and giving advice during this annual visit. I believe she spent 45 minutes with me, certainly thorough. Over the course of the past year she has been responsive questions concerning medication’s and has made some excellent referrals, where appropriate, the specialist. She and the whole office staff for reception to the nurse collecting blood work a week ago are all very professional, courteous and friendly
My experience in Dr. Maya Lucas's office is very good in every way. Doctor Maya is a good professional and also an excellent person. I like him a lot because I feel that he knows and knows his profession well. As for the rest of the team in that office, they are all very kind, very correct and very professional.
It is also worth mentioning that appointments are quite punctual, which prevents one from having to wait long hours.
