Dr Nigen knows my medical history very well. He answers all questions clearly. He is a “minimalist” when it comes to medications and procedures. The less the better. On the other hand he recognizes when something is unusual or needs immediate attention.
Dr Nigen is easy to talk with. He has a wealth of knowledge that he is always willing to share.
In all the years that he has been my PCP I have never seen him “get excited” about anything. He is always calm, friendly, easy to talk with and very supportive. He also has a good sense of humor.

Office Staff was polite and helpful. Clinical Staff was knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Nigen is the quintessential physician: engaged, referenced medical updates, superb memory, mindful and very capable. A helpful and meaningful visit.
